I’m a multidisciplinary designer with a background in Product Design, Graphic Design, Branding, and Digital Experiences. My career began in graphic design and evolved into creating user-centered digital products, giving me a unique perspective that combines strategic thinking with a strong foundation in visual communication, branding, and interface design.

This case study showcases my approach to designing a user-centered digital experience for Climate Resilience International. My goal was to transform the organization’s mission into an intuitive, accessible, and engaging platform by defining the information architecture, user flows, interface design, and visual identity. Through product thinking, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution, I created a cohesive digital experience that supports education, advocacy, and community engagement.

K&R Cleaning

K&R Cleaning, with a 16-year legacy in Bay Area commercial cleaning, launched a strategic initiative to strengthen their brand and digital presence. This involved enhancing their brand identity and a website design. The goal was to boost online visibility and engage a broader customer base across Northern California’s key cities.

From user flows and interface design to design systems and interactive prototypes, my focus was on creating products that balance business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs.
